เอสโซ่ประกาศแต่งตั้งประธานกรรมการและกรรมการผู้จัดการคนใหม่

บริษัท เอสโซ่ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน)  ประกาศว่า นางสุดา นิลวรสกุล ได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งประธานกรรมการ และนางราตรีมณี ภาษีผล ได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการผู้จัดการ ของบริษัทฯ มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 28 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2566  เป็นต้นไป

นางสุดา และ นางราตรีมณี  ดำรงตำแหน่งต่อจาก ดร. อดิศักดิ์  แจ้งกมลกุลชัย ซึ่งได้ยื่นหนังสือลาออกจากตำแหน่งประธานกรรมการ และกรรมการผู้จัดการในวันเดียวกัน

นางสุดา จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีจากคณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี ภาควิชาสถิติ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย  ปริญญาโทบริหารธุรกิจ จาก Krannert School  มหาวิทยาลัย Purdue ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา

ด้านประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ตลอดระยะเวลา 32 ปี ที่ผ่านมา นางสุดาดำรงตำแหน่งผู้บริหารระดับสูงหลายตำแหน่งในหน่วยงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของเอ็กซอน โมบิล คอร์ปอเรชั่น ประสบการณ์ของเธอในประเทศไทยรวมถึง หัวหน้าศูนย์บริการธุรกิจกรุงเทพของบริษัท เอ็กซอนโมบิล จำกัด พร้อมกันนี้ นางสุดาจะดำรงตำแหน่งผู้จัดการใหญ่บริษัทในเครือเอ็กซอนโมบิลในประเทศไทย อีกด้วย

นางราตรีมณี จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีจากคณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย  ปริญญาโทบริหารธุรกิจ จากมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งรัฐวอชิงตัน (University of Washington) ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา

ด้านประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน นางราตรีมณี  ดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการ และผู้รับผิดชอบสูงสุดทางสายงานการเงินและการบัญชี ของบริษัท เอสโซ่ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) และเคยดำรงตำแหน่งที่หลากหลายตลอดระยะเวลา 31 ปีที่ผ่านมาในบริษัทในเครือของเอ็กซอน โมบิล คอร์ปอเรชั่น ซึ่งรวมถึงตำแหน่ง ผู้จัดการการเงิน ผู้จัดการสนับสนุนธุรกิจ และผู้จัดการภาษี

Esso announces new chairperson and managing director

Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited announced the appointment of Suda Ninvoraskul as its new Chairperson and Ratrimani Pasiphol as Managing Director effective January 28, 2023.

Suda and Ratrimani replaced Adisak Jangkamolkulchai, who submitted his resignation as Chairperson and Managing Director on the same day.

Suda received a Bachelor in Statistics from Chulalongkorn University, located in Bangkok, Thailand and a Master of Science in Business from Krannert School, Purdue University, United States.

In her 32-year career, Suda has held various senior leadership roles in Information Technology at Exxon Mobil Corporation. Her experience in Thailand included Bangkok Business Support Center Lead at ExxonMobil Limited. She will also serve as Lead Country Manager of ExxonMobil affiliates in Thailand.

Ratrimani received a Bachelor of Accountancy from Chulalongkorn University, located in Bangkok, Thailand and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington, United States.

Ratrimani has served as Director and designated Chief Financial Officer for Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited since 2012 and 2018, respectively. She has worked for affiliates of Exxon Mobil Corporation in many positions during her 31-year career, which has included Treasurer, Business Services Manager, and Asia Pacific Tax Global Business Center Manager.
