‘ประยุทธ์-ดอน’ แสดงความเสียใจ กรณีระเบิดก่อการร้ายศรีลังกา

กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ แจ้งว่า จากเหตุการณ์ระเบิดก่อการร้ายต่อเนื่องในหลายพื้นที่ของศรีลังกาเมื่อวันที่ 21 เม.ย. ที่ผ่านมา ส่งผลให้มีผู้เสียชีวิตและได้รับบาดเจ็บเป็นจำนวนมาก “พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา” นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้มีข้อความสารถึง “นายรานิล วิกรมสิงเห” นายกรัฐมนตรีสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมประชาธิปไตยศรีลังกา ความว่า

Excellency,

It is with deep shock and sorrow that I have learnt of the terrible explosions that occurred in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on 21 April 2019. On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and people of the Kingdom of Thailand, I extend to Your Excellency and the people of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka my sincere condolences and deepest sympathy for this dreadful event. My thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved families of the victims during this difficult time and I wish a speedy recovery for those injured.

In this moment of bereavement, the Royal Thai Government stands in solidarity with the Government of Sri Lanka and her people and joins the international community in strongly condemning this hideous act of violence against innocent people.

Accept, Excellency, the renewed assurances of my highest consideration.

ข้าพเจ้ามีความตระหนกและเศร้าใจเป็นอย่างยิ่งหลังจากที่ได้ทราบข่าวเหตุการณ์ระเบิดก่อการร้ายที่เกิดขึ้นในสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมประชาธิปไตยศรีลังกา เมื่อวันที่ 21 เมษายน 2562 ในนามของรัฐบาลไทยและประชาชนไทย ข้าพเจ้าขอแสดงความเสียใจเป็นอย่างยิ่งและความรู้สึกสะเทือนใจอย่างลึกซึ้งต่อเหตุการณ์ที่น่าสะพรึงกลัวนี้มายัง ฯพณฯ และประชาชนของสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมประชาธิปไตยศรีลังกา ข้าพเจ้าคำนึงถึงและอธิษฐานให้กับครอบครัวของเหยื่อผู้เสียชีวิตในช่วงเวลาอันยากลำบากนี้ ข้าพเจ้าหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บจะได้รับการเยียวยาโดยเร็ว

ในช่วงเวลาแห่งการสูญเสียนี้ รัฐบาลไทยขอยืนเคียงข้างรัฐบาลและประชาชนแห่งศรีลังกา และขอร่วมกับประชาคมระหว่างประเทศในการประณามการสร้างความรุนแรงต่อผู้บริสุทธิ์ครั้งนี้

ส่วนนายดอน ปรมัตถ์วินัย รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีข้อความสารถึงนายติลัก มารปณะ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมประชาธิปไตยศรีลังกา ความว่า

Excellency,

I am suddenly shocked and saddened to learn of the series of horrific explosions that occurred in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on 21 April 2019. In this moment of mourning, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy and condolences to Your Excellency and to the bereaved families of those innocent people who lost their lives as well as those who were injured in this dreadful event.

Thailand joins the international community in strongly condemning this despicable act of violence and stands in solidarity with the Government of Sri Lanka and her people during this very difficult time.

Accept, Excellency, the renewed assurances of my highest consideration.

ข้าพเจ้ารู้สึกตระหนกและเศร้าใจที่ได้ทราบข่าวการระเบิดก่อการร้ายต่อเนื่องที่เกิดขึ้นในสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมประชาธิปไตยศรีลังกา เมื่อวันที่ 21 เมษายน 2562 ในช่วงเวลาแห่งความเศร้าสลดนี้ ข้าพเจ้าของแสดงความสะเทือนใจและความเสียใจอย่างลึกซึ้งมายัง ฯพณฯ และครอบครัวของผู้บริสุทธิ์ที่เสียชีวิต รวมถึงผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บจากเหตุการณ์น่าสะพรึงกลัวครั้งนี้

ประเทศไทยขอร่วมกับประชาคมระหว่างประเทศในการประณามการสร้างความรุนแรงที่น่ารังเกียจนี้ และขอยืนเคียงข้างรัฐบาลและประชาชนแห่งศรีลังกาในช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบากอย่างยิ่ง
