การพัฒนาโครงการภายใต้แบรนด์ อีสติน เอสเตท (Eastin Estates) ทั้งหมดจะถูกออกแบบโดยคำนึงถึงการอยู่อาศัยของผู้สูงอายุที่ต้องการความปลอดภัยและสะดวกสบาย ใช้วัสดุที่ยั่งยืน ตั้งแต่การออกแบบลิ้นชักและตู้ที่เข้าถึงง่าย ปลั๊กไฟและแผงควบคุมไฟมีความสูงระดับเอว พื้นกันลื่น ออกแบบพื้นที่สาธารณะหรือพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ให้เข้าถึงง่ายและสะดวกสำหรับผู้ใช้เก้าอี้รถเข็น โดยห้องพักมีตั้งแต่สตูดิโอขนาด 40-50 ตร.ม. ไปจนถึงยูนิตแบบ 2 ห้องนอนขนาด 80-100 ตร.ม. ทุกห้องมีห้องครัวขนาดเล็ก ห้องน้ำ และระเบียงหรือเฉลียง ห้องสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนและเคลื่อนย้ายเฟอร์นิเจอร์บางชิ้นเพื่อให้เข้ากับการใช้งานของแต่ละบุคคลได้ นอกจากนี้ยังมีบริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่เป็นมิตรกับสัตว์เลี้ยง มีบริการดูแลสัตว์เลี้ยงตามสั่งและบริการอาหารสำหรับสัตว์เลี้ยงอีกด้วย
